I have a website called http://healthyfamilydiets.com/ and it is running Joomla. I can not seem to get the hang of Joomla and so I have just been ignoring my recipe website. I would much prefer to have it as a wordpress blog but I do not want to start all over. I have over 20,000 recipes in my joomla site and I would like to know what the easiest method would be to import them, the categories and recipes into a new Word Press installation. I do not need any user accounts or other items imported, just categories and posts. any ideas? THANKS!

moms thoughts
