ImageMule offers free file hosting services providing the user abides by the Terms of Service listed below.
Illegal Usage
ImageMule servers may not be used for hosting any form of illegal content, ImageMule have the right to allow legal authorities / damaged 3rd parties to lead investigations into any illegal doing.
Illegal Access
ImageMule do not accept any attempt at accessing any ImageMule servers, user accounts or staff accounts. ImageMule may also never be used in an attempt to gain illegal access to other servers / computers. Any attempts found will result in the instant termination of the offending account and contact with the correct authorities will be made.
Infringement of Copyright, Intellectual Property Right, Trademark, Patent or Trade Secret
Uploading / distributing any files which break any of the above mentioned will result in instant termination of account and contact with the correct authorities will be made.
Distributing any form of worms / viruses
Any form of distribution of worms / viruses or other software that can potentially damage a server / computer is strictly forbidden. Distributing any form of worms / viruses will resort in the instant termination of account, in cases contact with the correct authorities will be made.
Termination Of Account
ImageMule has the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at its discretion.
Service Availability
While every effort is made to keep the website like 100% of the time, this can not be guaranteed.
Content
You deem yourself fully responsible for updating, managing, editing and generally owning any content in which you upload to ImageMule servers and take full responsibility for any files uploaded.
ImageMule does not guarrantee the continuity of user image hosting or images and can not be relied upon as a backup service
Deleted images can be replaced with ImageMule or ImageMule marketing banners as Imagemule deems fit
Your Obligations
You agree that all content of which you upload you either have full responsibility to upload or own it yourself and that no content, materials, data, work, trade or service mark, trade name, link, advertising or services that actually or potentially violate any applicable law or regulation or infringe or misappropriate any proprietary, intellectual property or contract shall be uploaded and hosted on ImageMule servers.
You are also fully responsible for any extreme changes in server load brought on by your content uploaded, any mail bombs on the server or DDOS attacks brought to the server due to your uploaded file.
